IFFCO Management has always encouraged innovations , novel ideas and creative thinking on the part of employees . “ IFFCO Employees Suggestion Scheme ” is yet another step towards utilizing employee’s creativity and potential for improved organizational performance
.
The scheme is aimed towards an objective of providing a well structured and formal plateform for nurturing , supporting and rewarding creative ideas of employees . The objectives of the scheme are :

To motivate employees to give meaningful and useful suggestions which should improve overall performance of IFFCO .

To promote the culture of Employee Involvement and making employees productive ……
·
To provide an opportunity for creative and constructive thinking.
·
To ensure proper reward and recognition for the creativity and innovativeness amongst employees of IFFCO.
·
To utilize the hidden employee potential for enhanced customer satisfaction and increased business opportunities .
·
To identify the potential award winners ( State Level and National Level e.g. Prime Minister Shram Award , Vishwakarma Rashtriya Purskar , INSSAN Best Suggestor Award etc. ) amongst IFFCO employees .
ELIGIBILITY
*All employeess working in grade range " R " to " E " can take part in this scheme . Suggestion may be from an individual employee or from a group of employees comprising maximumm four employees per suggestion .
QUALIFYING CHARACTERISTICS OF A SUGGESTION
The suggestion may pertain to the following areas :

Cost Reduction .

Cycle Time Reduction for various processes / procedures by simplified methods / procedures .

Improving maintenance of Plant and Machinery .
·
Reducing / Recycling wastes .
·
Enhancing / Ensuring Safe Work Environment .
·
Import Substitution / Achieving Self Reliance .
·
Improving Quality
·
Energy Conservation / Pollution Control / Environment Protection .
·
Standardization / Variety Reduction
·
Improving overall Productivity & Efficiency .
·
Improving the Corporate Image of IFFCO.
·
Improving team work , communication , co-ordination within the organisation .

Any other suggestion , not covered above but which may contribute towards overall Growth of IFFCO and help in achieving Mission / Objectives of IFFCO .
