Upgradation of e-mail server*

We are going to upgrade our e-mail server . For this we need to transfer the e-mail data from the existing server to another server . It is requested that all e-mail users may pls. delete the old & unnecessary e-mails from Inbox/Sent . If required local copy of these e-mails may be maintianed. Finally pls. clean 'Trash' also to improve space in the e-mail server. Coperation from all is highly solicited.
