Dear e-mail Users

While sending New Year Greetings through e-mail, Please follow the points given below.
  1. Please send the Text messages only.
  2. Please do not send / forward heavy attachments in the e-mail.
  4. Please do not send Pictures and Movie files in the e-mail or Flashy greetings.
  6. Please do not send the e-mail to everybody, Only send the e-mail to whom you know.
  8. Please do not select confirm delivery and return receipt options while sending the greetings thru e-mail.
  10. Please Do not use Reply with history option to reply the messages with pictures and movie files

This will help us to reduce the load on the e-mail system & network and to ensure faster delivery of the e-mails.

N. B. One day salary of the user will be deducted who will not adhere to the above guidelines. This has been issued with the approval of the competent authority.
