It has been observed that Officers who are attending Night Surveillance Duty are not sending the surveillance report through e mail despite our earlier circular to do the same.

This has been viewed seriously by the Management, and it is hereby advised to all the Officers attending night surveillance duty to send the report to Unit Head, GM (Maint. & Utility), JGM (Env. & Safety)/ SM (F&S) & JGM (P&A) without fail after completion of their surveillance hours even if its a Nil report.
