As intimated by H.O., all Centralised Applications like HRMS, Despatch etc & E-mail , Workflow, Internet Services shall not be available today (16.02.2013) from 04.00 pm to 08.00 pm.
ERP also will be down at 04.00 pm today but will be available only by tomorrow (17.02.2013) 1.00 pm.
However all local softwares of Paradeep unit will function normally.

Power Maintenance activity of Data Center at Head Office has been planned on Saturday (16.02.2013).
To facilitate the above activity Shut down of the Servers will be taken from 4.00 PM onwards till 8.00 PM
During this period Services of all the Oracle (ERP and Legacy
applications like Despatch, eVikas, eFSC, HRMS etc) & Notes Database Servers, E-mail Servers, and Internet proxy servers shall not be available.
All the Services Except ERP shall be restored at 8.00 PM, ERP services will be restored by Sunday 1.00 PM after upgrades.
Inconvenience is deeply regretted. Systems Heads at Units and MKCO and may kindly inform users under their area of operations.
