This is to intimate to all concerned that soon we are going to change the E-mail System from IBM Lotus Notes to Microsoft Outlook. This will be done in phases and in a continuous manner. Our Helpdesk people will approach you for necessary setup in the PC. In the mean while it is requested that you may pls. clean up your mail box, so that the migration from Lotus Notes to Microsoft Outlook will be smooth and less time consuming. Cooperation from all is highly solicited. This has got approval of Director(ITS).
