Please find the Circular below from Medical deptt for compliance of concerned employees:

The schedule of the health checkup of permanent employees below 45 years is attached herewith and will be under taken in the plant dispensary with effect from 30/03/2015. Accordingly all H.O.D. and Sec. heads are requested to take action and release the employees as per the schedule. All are requested to cooperate for the same and under go health checkup sincerely. For any queries, contact CMO /Dr A Lochan. The checkup is under taken from 8 A.M. to 5 P.M ( lunch break 1Hr 12Noon to 1 P.M.)

The second list is having the names of employees whose names were missing in the first list is attached herewith.
