dear all,
1.further this morning meeting proceedings.
2.observations are as under:-
-while driving inside plant limit PILLION RIDER is not wearing helmet.
- two wheelers are LENT to be driven by individuals NOT HAVING DRIVING LICENCE.
- non compliance of DRESS CODE. please note that T shirts are NOT permitted.
-despite repeated requests and reminders vehicles are still parked in front of shopping complex.please refrain from this.
3.we have confiscated five HELMETS issued to our employees found worne by NON-ENTITLED personnel.
4.please comply with all the above ASPECTS.DEFAULTERS WILL BE dealt with
5.systems dept is requested to convert this as a CIRCULAR for wider dissemination.
