SUB : PRODUCTIVITY WEEK CELEBRATION FEBRUARY - 2010
We shall be celebrating “National productivity week” during the period from 12th to18th February 2010.
The objective of the celebrations is to inculcate positive attitude and approach towards improving productivity on all fronts.
Productivity is the key to economic challenges. It needs the individuals dedication and well coordinated team effort to continuously learn and improve our working procedures.
During this week, we are going to organize various events as furnished hereunder.
I) Slogan competition (English/ Hindi/ Oriya)
The slogan should be based on productivity theme and slogans are to be submitted by 15.02.10. An employee can submit maximum three slogans irrespective of the language.
Slogans shall be submitted to Shri Sunil De, CM (Training)
2).
Essay competition (English/ Hindi/ Oriya)
The topic for the essay writing is "Productivity is part of our life". Essay competition shall be held on 16.02.10 at 15.30 hrs in conference hall of Marketing building. Participants are requested to give their names to Shri Sunil De, CM (Training) by 15.02.10.
3). Discussions in individual plants shall be organised by HODs/SHs on 17.02.10 on productivity improvement. Summary of discussion shall be communicated to JGM (Process).
All the employees are requested to actively participate in all the contests and make it a grand success.
All HODs/Sectional Heads are requested to advise their staff to participate in the contest.
Cooperation of all is solicited.
