This is for information of all employees that all the pending medical bills for reimbursement( SMS & Normal ) is to be submitted through proper channel in the medical department between 15/03/15 to 20/03/15, so that the processing and reimbursement can be made before the closure of the current financial year. Advance amount on medical ground if pending is to be settled during this period. This can be considered most urgent and extend your cooperation for completion of this financial task.
