As you are aware, ERP upgrade from version 12.1.2 to version 12.2.5 was started in Oct 2015. Trial 1 & Trial 2 testing was completed and User Acceptance Test (UAT) is going on at Delhi and in all the plants in parallel and will be completed today. Results are encouraging. During testing what ever issues cropped up are being addressed and it is expected that all the issues will be addressed by this week. Now as per our plan we will be going live next month after closing of Feb 2016 period. Go live date is 14th March 2016. For up-gradation activity we will be requiring the downtime of around 86 hrs. We have done a mock exercise (Dry Run) to simulate the exact time and steps required for up-gradation. So it is expected that we will be taking down time from Thursday i.e 10th March @6.00 PM onwards. So ERP will be not be available from 10th March 2016 @6.00 PM to 14th March' 2016 @8.00 AM. It is desired that Feb 2016 period be closed by 5th March 2016. Any urgent payment may be completed by 10th March 2016.
