We have received the following message from H.O. for information of all employees.

"
World is facing an unprecedented crisis in the form of Global Pandemic COVID 19. India and IFFCO are no exceptions to this. In order to sensitize our employees about the challenges faced by us and the need for adopting safe practices and fiscal prudence, a coordination meeting was taken by the Managing Director with the Unions and Associations today at 11.00 AM.
It was emphasized that detailed guidelines issued by the Govt. of India for observing lockdown and for carrying out allowed operations and services must be followed scrupulously.
It was also agreed that there was need to practice strong fiscal prudence on the part of both employees as well as IFFCO. Accordingly, the following has been decided:
a. Payment of Leave Travel Assistance for the Calendar year 2020 to be staggered as under:

I0, H2 & H1 May
G2, G1, G0, F1 June
F0, E0, D0 July
C1 & above August.
b. Leave Encashment will be allowed only in cases where it is getting lapsed due to accumulation reaching the ceiling of 300 days.
c. No payment of Salary Advance in FY 2020-21 until the situation normalizes and the matter is reviewed again.
d. In case of emergency, employees may be granted the Leave Encashment/Salary Advance as a special case.
All sanctioning and disbursing authorities are requested to adhere to the above.
MD has further communicated that these are unprecedented times and all efforts should be made for wellbeing of self and people around. Emphasis was given to improve immunity of employees and their family members by adopting the practices suggested by Ayush Ministry of Govt. of India.
All executives of recognized Unions and Associations are advised to discuss the matter with employees and sensitize them about Social distancing and hygiene factors.
