Sir, This is one reminder to earlier reference regarding aadhaar unverified UANs in r/o EPF subscribers of your establishment/factory. The undersigned persistently monitors the progress, contacting through registered mobile no. in order to achieve our target by 31st August 2021, the said date is fixed by Competent Authority. The good office of Regional P.F. Commissioner, Bhubaneswar reviewed the progresses on daily basis: no of joint declarations submitted through offline or online, Any request made by employee through his employer, the cases where mobile nos were missing/changed by employees unable to file through online, No of certificates issued as per EPFO records in order to rectify aadhaars as the case may be. The undersigned would like to invite personal attention of the Employer in relation to an estt.(Proprietor/Partners/Directors/Occupiers/Managers) to be vigilant how the pending task could be completed immediately.
