Dear All,

As you may be aware that during New Year or any festival season lot of e-mail transactions happen. You may give your good wishes but at the same time pls. follow some basic rules as deviation of these may choke the network and create problem in actual business transactions.

1. Please do not attch any photo/graphics/multimedia to your mail. This increases the size of the mail substantially.
2. Please do not send your good wish to masses i.e all e-mail users. Only send to those whom you know.
3. Please do not check mark return receipt or delivery status etc. as this will further trigger e-mail transactions.

Pls. send only plain TEXT MAILS.
