Please find below the message of HO on the above subject for information of all:-

QUOTE:

Employees Provident Fund organisation (EPFO) has allotted Universal Account Number (UAN) to each PF Member. Every member can log in by using Members Portal (link attched) for various facilities such as UAN card download, updating of KYC information, attaching all his/her member ids to UAN if transferred from other Unit/s, filing of claim and view transfer claim etc . To use all these facilities member has to activate his/her UAN registration.

To activate the UAN registration number the UAN user manual is attached for your convenience. UAN number is available in Provident Fund Screen under EIS in HRMS

UAN Form shall ask for state and office: our state is ORISSA office is BHUBANESWAR.

UAN Form shall ask for Member ID. There are 5 columns First two columns will appear filled remaining three columns are to be filled as under.
