In continuation to our earlier Circulars, regarding submission of copy of AADHAR card
,
t
he EPFO,Officials, Bhubaneswar (Odisha),
have
further advised us for uploading Aadhar No. issued by Unique Identification Authority of India as to Know Your Customer (KYC) details under UAN programme.
Further, it has been observed that the data of employees (List attached) does not match with EPF records
.Therefore, it is requested that the employees mentioned in attached list are advised to submit the copy of AADHAR card alongwith copy of qualification certificate
immediately
to Sri Suresh Pathak, HR Section, for further necessary action at our end.
Further, it may be noted that EPFO has categorically informed us that without the
correct copy of AADHAR
, they will not be able to process Pension related benefit of the employees.
This may be treated as “
MOST URGENT
”
