The schedule of the health checkup of permanent employees below 45 years is attached herewith and will be under taken in the plant dispensary from 05th May 2016 to 23rd May 2016. Accordingly all HODs and Sec. Heads are requested to release the employees as per the schedule.
All employees are requested to cooperate for the same and under go health checkup sincerely. For any queries, contact CMO/Dr Amitabh Lochan. The timing of medical checkup is from 8 A.M. to 5 P.M ( Lunch break 12 P.M. to 1 P.M.)
