HEALTH CHECK UP OF EMPLOYEES WITH SPOUSE MORE THAN 45 YEARS*

This is for the information for all employees that health checkup programme of our employees along with their spouse more than 45 years (As on 31/03/2021) has been organized at Apollo Hospital, BBSR W.E.F. 01/04/2021. IFFCO bus service will be provided for this purpose and 14 persons have to travel daily for health checkup. Bus will start sharp at 6.30 AM every day except Sundays and Holidays from the township hospital. It is must to carry your IFFCO ID card, Aadhar Card and report there in empty stomach. Breakfast and lunch will be provided by Apollo Hospital. The day wise schedule will be provided in the circular. All sec-heads are requested to inform and release the employees as per the schedule.

Covid 19 vaccination has been planned along with this health checkup for all on payment basis.

Employees are requested to submit the mobile phone no. and email id at our hospital which is required by Apollo Hospital for filling the health checkup form and will be kept ready as per the schedule date.
