It has been observed in the recent days that many staff are directly sending e-mail to Time Office for regularization of attendance, with copy to me. This practice is not acceptable and all are requested to directly send such mails to the undersigned through HODs, who in turn verify the same for genuineness and forward to Time Office for regularization .
