With reference to earlier sent e-mail, with the consent of the competent authority it has has been decided to take the shutdown of all the LAN and WAN equipment from
2.00 PM onwards till 4.00 PM
on
19/01/2014
to facilitate the power maintenance work in the Network Room as well during the already scheduled downtime
.
ALL the applications including
ERP, Mail & Internet will also be affected during 2.00 PM till 4.00 PM
on 19/01/2014.

Database maintenance activities on Legacy Production Database on 19/01/14 (Saturday)
Down time from 9.00 AM to 4.00 PM on 19/01/2014 (Sunday) has been planned to facilitate the power supply maintenance work. It is also proposed to complete few pending database maintenance activities on Legacy Production Database.
During this period Services of all the Oracle Legacy
applications like Despatch, eVikas, eFSC, HRMS etc shall not be available.
All other applications including ERP, Mail & Internet will not be affected and will remain available.
Systems Heads at Units/ Offices may kindly inform users under their area of operations.
This is with the consent of the Competent Authority.
