Please find below the message as received from HO on the above subject:

We have a planned downtime for Legacy Database Server on 17-December-2016 (Saturday) at 08:00 PM for 10 Hours for database upgrade to 12c with ASM (Phase-2).
During this Legacy applications like Plant Despatch, HRMS, eVikas, Plant Maintenance Management System (PMMS) ,Hospital Management System (HMS), Port Operations etc will not be available.

However e-mail, ERP, Internet will not be affected.
