Reference announcement for conduct of the CORPORATE TALENT CHAMPIONSHIP in singing, dance and music by the employees of IFFCO and its subsidiaries/associates/joint ventures (e-BAZAR, IFFCO-MC Crop Science, ICPL, IKBL, IKSEZ, ITGI, IKSL and IFFDC).
The last date for uploading the audio/video recording of the participants has been extended to 30th July, 2016.

GENERAL INFORMATION
·
The duration of performance should not exceed more than 2 minutes.
·
The participants can appear in only one talent category of his/her choice.
·
The participant will be entitled to bring their own support team/crew for audition round (makeup artist, costumes, volunteers etc. if required/if any.)
·
All performances must be done in good taste.
·
Participant can perform in any language for any of the category.
PERFORMANCE CATEGORIES:
MUSIC
·
Participant has to bring his/her own instrument and instrument support.
·
No accompaniments may be used. Eg: Synth, drums, etc.
·
Participants may either cover a song, or play their own composition.
·
Only one person per entry, no group or third party registration is allowed for Music category participation.
DANCE
·
Each participant must furnish his/her own
music
on a clean good quality CD/DVD or a Pen Drive marked with contestant name and number, cued and ready to start. It is recommended that you bring a second tape or CD as a backup in the event of a malfunction of original.
·
The participant can arrange for any props that they may require for the performance.
·
The participant may use own costume/attire, make-up.
SINGING
·
Background music will not be allowed during Audition and judgment will be plainly on the participant's voice/vocals.
·
No musical aids like guitar, piano etc. will be allowed.
·
The participant will be judged solely on vocals and other judging parameters.
