With reference to our e-mail dt. 27.3.2018, the Online Performance Appraisal for the year 2017-18 is now available in workflow applications as under:

Workflow Applications--> Employee--> Performance Appraisal

You are requested to inform all employees of your Unit in Grade H1 & above to fill up their self appraisal using the above mentioned path. The schedule for completing the same is as follows:

1. Self Appraisal: From 5th April to 15th April, 2018
2. To be Appraised: From 5th April to 22nd April, 2018
3. To be reviewed: From 5th April to 29th April, 2018
4. To be accepted by Accepting Authority: From 5th April to 6th May, 2018.
The above dates (S.No 2 to 4) should also be followed for completing appraisals of employees of Grade H2 and below.
Director (HR&Legal) has desired that the appraisal stages must be completed as per the above mentioned dates.
