dear all,
1.it has come to our notice one motor cycle is reportedly missing from inside the plant on 30 dec 10.
2. though we are trying to trace out the said two wheeler, it is suggested that :-
-please have a vehicle token affixed to the bike for easy identification.
- keep the two wheelers in the designated slot as specified departmentally by the sectional heads.
- adopt DOUBLE locking system as most of the integral keys are NOT reliable.
3.SYSTEMS is requested to send this out as a cicular for wider dissemination
with regards
