In the year of India's Olympic Gold Quest, we offer all the employees an opportunity to go for gold in IFFCO's very own mind game.
HRD Department is pleased to announce the conduct of one of the most happening events of IFFCO, the
6th ALL INDIA IFFCO INTER-UNIT MANAGEMENT QUIZ CONTEST 2016
to test your business IQ and reward you for breaching past records and setting new standards.
The contest will be held in two stages 1) Preliminary Round at respective Units and Marketing Field Offices (State/Area office) and 2) Grand Finale at Kandla Unit.
The Preliminary round will be held as per the following schedule :
The quiz will be comprehensive in its contents. It will give opportunity to the participants to update themselves on the latest trends & concepts in
management, economic scenario, business environment, general awareness, technological development as well as about the current and future activities of IFFCO.
It will be held in an atmosphere of fun and infotainment in a healthy spirit of competition and will give realistic and enjoyable learning experience to the participants.
The Preliminary round will comprise of Screening Test consisting of 20-25 questions followed by on-stage pre-final event at each Unit. The format of preliminary round for Marketing Field Offices will be announced in due course.
The winners of the FINAL ROUND will not only receive fabulous prizes and appreciation, they will also get an opportunity to represent IFFCO in national and international level quiz competitions organised by Economic Times, NHRDN, Tata Crucible, AIMA etc.
PARTICIPATION:
All employees of IFFCO are eligible to participate in the quiz irrespective of grade or age.
It is, however, mandatory for all the direct recruits in the officer grade like GETs/MTs/HR Trainees etc. (including AGTs) who are in the age group of 40 years & below to compulsorily participate in the preliminary round.
Unlike the past quizzes, this time the employees will participate as a
team consisting of two persons
in the preliminary as well as the Grand Finale. They can also participate in individual capacity if they are unable to find team-mate.

Alternatively, the appended registration form be filled up and submitted to the respective Training Deptt in case of Units (Kalol, kandla, Phulpur, Aonla, Paradeep), respective HR Deptt. for Marketing Field Offices and HRD Deptt. for HO/MKCO contestants.
