Dear e-mail users

While sending Deepawali Greetings, Please follow the points given below :-
  1. Please try to send the Text messages only.
  2. Please do not send / Forward heavy attachments in the mail.
  3. Please do not send Pictures and Movie files in the mail or Flashy greetings.
  4. Please do not send the mail to everybody, send the mails only to whom you know.
  5. Please do not select confirm delivery and return receipt options while sending the greetings.
  6. Please Do not use Reply with history option to reply the messages with pictures and movie files

This will help us to reduce the load on the mail system and faster delivery of the mails to users.

Please also circulate this mail to all the users in your Department/Unit.
