The quiz will be comprehensive in its contents. It will give opportunity to the participants to update themselves on the latest trends & concepts in management, economic scenario, business environment, general awareness, technological development as well as about the current and future activities of IFFCO. It will be held in an atmosphere of fun and infotainment in a healthy spirit of competition and will give realistic and enjoyable learning experience to the participants.
The winners of the final round will not only receive fabulous prizes and appreciation, they will also get an opportunity to represent IFFCO in the regional and national level quiz competitions organised by Economic Times, Tata Crucible, AIMA etc.
PARTICIPANTS:
All employees of IFFCO posted at Kalol, Kandla, Phulpur, Aonla, Paradeep, HO/MKCO and Marketing field offices are eligible to participate in the quiz irrespective of the Grade. It is, however, mandatory for all the direct recruits in the officer grade, including GETs/MTs etc. who have joined IFFCO during the last 5 years, to participate in the preliminary round.
The QUIZ will be held in three stages:
Stage I : Preliminary Round on 9th September 2015
In the preliminary round, all the contestants will undergo objective-type written test which will be held at i) Kalol; ii) Kandla; iii) Phulpur; iv) Aonla; v) Paradeep; vi) HO/MKCO as well as vii) Marketing Field (at Zonal, State & Area Offices). Based on the cut off marks, the employees from each Unit will be selected for participation in the next round i.e. Stage II.
Stage II : Qualifying Round
The employees qualified in Stage I from each Unit will participate in this round. They will take the written test and based on the individual performance, a total of seven teams will be formed to contest in the FINAL Round (Stage III). .
STAGE III : Grand Finale
This will be the grand stage event. Since during Stage II, the teams will be formed purely on the basis of merit, there may be a case that one or more teams may represent a single Unit and also a particular Unit may have no representation at all in the Final Round.
The stage II & Stage III events will be held on the same day at one of the Units of IFFCO sometime in the month of November, 2015 in evening hours.
