A reminder to all employees to kindly submit their slogans and posters by tomorrow i.e. 16th Evening.

Subject: Circular for submission of slogans & posters for participating in National Level competetion conducted by INSSAN

Indian National Suggestions' Scheme Association (INSSAN) - North India Chapter, Delhi is organizing 13th National Suggestion Summit on the theme
" Employee Engagement for Quantum Business Growth" in June at Delhi for promoting continuous improvement through creative value addition.

In this regard they have organized Slogan and Poster competetion under the theme "Highlighting Motivating Aspect of Suggestion Scheme and its Benefits to the Organization & Employees"

All employees on roll of IFFCO are eligible to participate in this competetion by preparing and submitting their Slogans in Hindi / English and Posters as per below given specifications.

From the total numbers received, best 5 English slogans, Best 5 Hindi slogans & best 5 Posters will be selected by an in-house committee these best five slected will be sent to INSSAN for further consideration in National Level Competetion.

Rules:

Slogans:

Hindi only or English only language

It should be a phrase or combination of words that ryhme and the length of the slogan should be limited upto 12 words.

It should be typewritten or legibly hand written with maximum one slogan on one page of A4 size with atleast 12 font size.

On the back side the employee should write his Name, P.No., Designation, Section, Department & Company and Unit name

Posters: Rules

It should be painted with sketch pen or brush on 50 cm x 38 cm, 130 gsm thickness only in white colour sheet.
Only 3 flat colours are permitted.
Poster should feature a caption in English or Hindi related to the concept painted on the poster
On the back side the employee should write his Name, P.No., Designation, Section, Department & Company and Unit name

LAST DATE FOR RECEIVING THE SLOGANS & POSTERS IS 15th April 2011, 17.00 hours.

Departmental & Sectional heads are kindly requested to display this circular at promonant location so that all employees of their section are informed.

Employees can submit their slogans and posters to Shri A G Margabandhu, DGM(PE) - Coordinator, Suggestion Scheme or Shri S R Maurya, CM(TPT & Port) - Coordinator, Suggestion Scheme in their office located on 1st Floor of Administration building

This circular has the approval of competent authority.
