Dear e-mail users

As you are aware that communication to / from the e-mail address containing domain "iffco.nic.in" has been stopped completely. Any e-mail intended to the address containing "iffco.nic.in" will be bounced automatically. The addresses with iffco.nic.in has been removed completely from the IFFCO's Address Book on the server. However it has been observed that some users are receiving delivery failures. This is happening due to automatic addition of the e-mail addresses containing iffco.nic.in in the Recent contacts. These address resides in the local address book / contact list on the Desktop, Laptop, Mobile devices (Cell phones and IPads etc.) which can be deleted from by the user only.

Steps to delete the wrong address (iffco.nic.in) from the Recent contacts / My contacts from the local address book.

1. Open the address book on the PC / Laptop etc.

2. Go to Recent contacts

3. Click the View->Search this view option

4. Enter the iffco.nic.in in the search bar.

5. Click on the search button.

6. Delete the contacts having iffco.nic.in entry, if any.

7. Go to Trash folder.

8. Press Empty trash button.

The contact list of the mobile devices is also to be cleaned. Please follow the following steps to clean the contacts on mobile phone / ipad etc.

1. Go to contacts

2 Enter iffco.nic.in in the search bar.

3. Delete or edit the contact, if any entry is there with iffco.nic.in, it will delete the phone no of the contact in case of deletion

4. Correct the found contacts by pressing edit.

Pl carry out this activity on top priority.
