We have received the following info from Head Office. Cloud based systems i.e. Production Reporting System , Lab Analysis System and some other applications will remain down from 18/01/2020 , 7PM to 20/01/2020 , 7PM. All major softwares i.e. ERP, HRMS, Despatch , PHAST etc will remain normal. E-mail & Internet will remain normal. for kind info to all concerned pls. Cooperation of all is highly solicited.

Plants Business Applications were released for testing from Oracle Mumbai Datacentre have been tested by all the plants. A down time from 1700 Hrs on 18^th to 1700 Hrs on 19^th Jan 2020 has been planned for GO Live of these applications from Oracle Mumbai Data Centre. During this period all the Plants Business Applications running from Oracle Public Cloud will not be available.

Moving of all the data and applications from EMEA Data Centre to Mumbai Data Centre is expected to be completed by 1300 Hrs on 19^th Jan 2020. So it is desired that our IT person/persons should be available at Plant site for testing of these applications and other supports for smooth migration. We are expecting to release these applications to the business users by 1700 Hrs on 19^th Jan 2020.

Please send the SPOC from each location for faster communication by the Oracle and HO IT Team.
