Outage of Datacenter Services to Facilitate IBM Tech Refresh & Electrical Maintenance Activity on 12/09/2015 (Saturday Night)*

This is in continuation to the trailing email.
Our Despatch application will be accessible from Data center up to 7.00 PM on 12th Sept 2015. Despatch system will not be available between 7.00 PM and 8.00 PM to make the application accessible from DR Site. It will be available from DR site from 8.00 PM (12/9/15) to 8.00 AM (13/9/15). Following url may please be made available to the users to access the application from DR site.

It is expected that our shut down activity will be over by 8.00 AM. So the data entered at DR site is to be replicated back to Data center. This activity will take around 1.00 Hr. So despatch application will be accessible from Data Center at 9.00 AM on 13th Sept 2015. Pl communicate to the users accordingly.

IBM Servers/Storage / San Switch etc Tech Refresh and Electrical Maintenance Activity has been planned on 12/09/2015, Saturday from Evening 7.00 PM to 13/09/2015 09.00 am on Sunday, So there will be unavoidable interruption of services for this period

Services of all the Oracle ERP applications, Legacy applications (eVikas, eFSC, HRMs etc. except Plant Despatch) Hyperian, BI, Joint Venture database applications and Internet etc will be affected,

Email and Plant Despatch will Not be affected and will remain available through DR site.

Systems Heads at Units / Offices may kindly inform users under their area of operations.

This is with the consent of the Competent Authority.
