Official Air ticket booking - guidelines thereof*

Presently, request for official Air ticket booking is directly sent to Ms.Sabita Acharya, Liaison Office by all individuals as per pratice in vogue, which is creating problem at the time of verification of bills, as approved tour programmes are sent directly to Liaison Office. Further, it has also been observed that in some cases, extra tickets are booked due to miscommunication, for which payment has to be made to the party.

In order to streamline the above, it has been decided that all official air ticket booking will be done through Admn. only and no direct mail to Ms.Sabita Acharya, AM (Admn) will be entertained for booking of air tickets henceforth.

All tour programmes duly approved by the competent authority may be sent to the following persons by email id in Admn. for air ticket booking :

All concerned are therefore requested to make note of the above arrangement for official air ticket booking and follow the guidelines. This is issued with the approval of Sr.GM (Pdp).
