In continuation to our earlier Circulars, regarding submission of copy of AADHAR card. Further, EPFO, Officials, Bhubaneswar (Odisha) have visited our Paradeep Unit and advised us for uploading Aadhar No. issued by Unique Identification Authority of India as to Know Your Customer (KYC) details under UAN programme. However, i
t has been observed that despite our several reminders, some of the employees are not submitting the same. Therefore, the HOD/ Sectional Heads are requested to kindly advise the concerned employees working under them as per the attached list that those who have not submitted copy of AADHAR card must submit the same
immediately
to Sri Suresh Pathak, HR Section for updation (list attached).
The employees are advised to please check your AADHAAR details with your Matric/ HSC / School leaving certificate (i.e. spelling of name, father’s name & date of birth) if the data is similar and matching as required for uploading to EPFO portal, so that there is no discrepancy in the future.
Further, it may be noted that EPFO has categorically informed us that without the copy of AADHAR, they will not be able to process Pension related benefit of the employyes.
