One AC (Aircondition) complaint system has been provided in MIS at MIS > Req > AC Complaint to register day-to-day complaint related to the ACs installed in the Plant. Pls. note that there are already few complaint system existing in MIS i.e. Computer Complaints , Township Complaints & Telephone Complaints.

Any suggestion/change to improve the system is welcome.
