USERS' FILE BACKUP PROCEDURE*

Dear All,

All users are requested to keep backup of their important files as per the procedure given below. This is required to avoid loss of data in case of media failure.

1. Go to "Run" or "Search Program & files" after clicking start button in Windows .
2. Type \\backup_server & press enter button .
3. user name: p(pc no.) ,ex- if PC no. is 400 the type p400 .
4. default password: p@(pc no.) ,ex.- if if PC no. is 400 then type p@400 .
5. Go to folder name p(your pc no) ,ex.- if if PC no. is 400 then go to p400 .

N.B.- Space limit - 2 GB , only document files ( word,excel,ppt,pdf,image ) can be copied in the folder.
