We have received the following reply from HO. Pls. go through.

1) Fund Available Inquiry Screen:-

a) In the List of Values of Natural Account, in case of Capital Budget ,actual budget description (alias) may be shown. At present only HO desc. (Roman) is coming.

b) Codes starting with only 5 , 6 may be shown.

We have explored for the possibility and found that "Find Accounts" is generic form which is used in all Finance screens and on personalizing this form, the effect will be on multiple screens which is not advisable and will create other issues.

2) Purchase File Movement Query:-

a) User has to give the entire Order no. to see a particular file movement. Option may be given to give partial nos followed by %. Right now it is not accepting. In absence of this facility , clicking the requisition dropdown button takes a lot of time.

b) “PO No. & Date” fields are not navigable. User wants to copy the no.

3) Move Order report – PSL rate is displayed for items in Departmental issue, whereas it is not appearing in case of Contractor Issue .

4) QCS report should be made available in Indentor Module.

Added we request you to get it checked.

We had earlier raised this issue with Oracle they have replied that the value is fixed and wont get changed.However we will again raise this issue with Oracle
