Dear All,

We have received the following meassage from HO.

Summary : DESPATCH & HRMS will remain down from 9 AM to 4PM on 19/01/2014. Rest will remain normal.

Down time from 9.00 AM to 4.00 PM on 19/01/2014 (Sunday) has been planned to facilitate the power supply maintenance work. It is also proposed to complete few pending database maintenance activities on Legacy Production Database.

During this period Services of all the Oracle Legacy applications like Despatch, eVikas, eFSC, HRMS etc shall not be available.

All other applications including ERP, Mail & Internet will not be affected and will remain available.

Systems Heads at Units/ Offices may kindly inform users under their area of operations.

This is with the consent of the Competent Authority.
