Subject	Contribution/Donation to Kishan Sewa Fund- Claim under Section 80G in Income tax Return of the Individual Employees for the AY 2012-13

Contribution/ donations to Kisan Sewa Trust is eligible for deduction under Section 80G of the Income tax Act, 1961. Employees, while filling their income tax return [online/offline] , the following information are necessarily required to filled up in return form in order to claim the deduction under Section 80G in respect of donation made to Kisan Sewa Trust :-

PAN of the Trust : AAATK 4122 D

It is pertinent to mention here that donation to the Kisan Sewa Trust is eligible for deduction of 50% of the amount donated/contributed. Since every employee contributes Rs. 240/- yearly out of his taxable income, the deduction under Section 80G would be Rs. 120/-.

It is requested that the contents of the e-mail may please be brought to the notice of each employees of the respective Unit/ MKCO.
