Dear e-mail users
On the occasion of festival of Holi, you may send the Holi greetings through e-mail. While sending the Holi Greetings through e-mail, Please follow the guidelines mentioned below.
Please send the
Text messages only

Please do not send / Forward heavy attachments in the mail.
Please do not send Pictures and Movie files in the mail or Flashy greetings.
Please do not send the mail to everybody, Only send the mails to whom you know.
Please do not select confirm delivery and return receipt options while sending the greetings.
Please
Do not use Reply with history
option to reply the messages with pictures and movie files
This will help us to reduce the load on the mail system & network and faster delivery of the mails to users.
Please Note : One day
salary
shall be
deducted
and e-mail account will be
deleted
of the e-mail user who is not following the above mentioned guidelines. Please adhere to the guidelines strictly. This has been issued as per the instructions of the competent authority.
