Please find below following Circular on the subject for information of all:

"C I R C U L A R:

This is for the information of all that, the health checkup of workers (Permanent employee below 45 yrs as well as contract workers) will be undertaken at the plant dispensary w.e.f. 20/02/2015. The checkup will be undertaken by Add Annex Health Care Private Ltd, Cuttack. Each day a maximum of 50 persons have to report at the plant medical center by 8 A.M. in the morning for this medical checkup. To start with, the contract workers will under go checkup first followed by the employees. Everybody has to report there on empty stomach. After the completion of the health checkup of contract workers, day wise list of the employees will be given through email in due time. All are requested to cooperate for the same.
