The conduct of preliminary round of the 3rd ALL INDIA IFFCO Inter-Unit Management Quiz 2013 is to be held on 30th April, 2013 at 1200 hrs. across all the Units of IFFCO.
The quiz will be comprehensive in its contents. It will give an opportunity to the participants to update themselves on the latest trends & concepts in management, economic scenario, business environment, general awareness, technological development as well as about the current and future activities of IFFCO. The quiz will be held in an atmosphere of fun and infotainment in a healthy spirit of competition and will give realistic and enjoyable learning experience to the participants.
The winners of the final round will not only receive fabulous prizes and appreciation, they will also get an opportunity to represent IFFCO in the regional and national level quiz competitions organised by Economic Times, Tata, AIMA etc.
PARTICIPANTS:
The employees of IFFCO posted at Kalol, Kandla, Phulpur, Aonla, Paradeep, HO/MKCO and Marketing Division are eligible to participate in the quiz. The quiz is open to all the employees of IFFCO irrespective of the Grade. It is, however, mandatory for all the direct recruits in the officer grade, including GETs/MTs to participate in the preliminary round.
The QUIZ will be held in three stages:
Stage I : Preliminary Round:
In the preliminary round, all the contestants will undergo objective-type written test which will be held at i) Kalol; ii) Kandla; iii) Phulpur; iv) Aonla; v) Paradeep; vi) HO/MKCO as well as vii) Marketing Division (at Zonal, State & Area Offices). Based on the cut off marks, the employees from each Unit will be selected for participation in the next round.
Stage II : Qualifying Round
The employees qualified in Stage I from each Unit will participate in this round as a TEAM. They will take the written test and based on the performance of teams, a total of seven teams will be selected to contest in the FINAL Round (Stage III). .
STAGE III : Final Round
This will be the grand stage event. Since during Stage II, the teams will be selected purely on the basis of merit, there may be a case that one or more teams may represent one Unit and a particular Unit may have no representation at all in the Final Round.
The stage II & Stage III will be the TEAM EVENT and both will be held at HO or one of the Units of IFFCO on the same day sometime in the month of July/August, 2013.
