REMINDER

Dear Sirs/Madam,

It is observed that most of the e-mail users are not removing the old mail files which is creating problem in mail server. Ideally one should remove the old and unwanted mails to give space for new mails. It is requested that all concerned should delete the old/unwanted mails from both " Inbox & Sent " and empty trash. Local mail folder can be created to preserve the old mails if desired. Cooperation from all is highly solicited.
