The Online Performance Development System (PDS) for the year 2019-20 will be live from 7th April on IFFCO Corporate Applications Portal (http://apps.iffco.coop) as under:

Employee Information System --> Workflow Application--> Apply--> Appraisal

All employees from Grade H1 & above are required to fill up their self-appraisal using the above mentioned path. The schedule for completing the same is as follows:

Filling up of Forms 7-17 April Self-Assessment (Gr. H1 & above)
7-20 April Reporting Officer
7-25 April 1st Reviewing Officer
7-28 April 2nd Reviewing Officer
7-30 April Accepting Officer.

The Online PDS User Manual is available in Appraisal tab in Workflow applications. All concerned are requested to go through the manual before filling up self-appraisal or entering the rating of any employee. Google Chrome browser is best suited for online PDS. To use this application on mobile phones/devices, use the URL http://eis.iffco.coop

All are requested to ensure compliance of necessary action as applicable by the above mentioned stipulated dates.
