In order to make the inhouse training programmes more focused as per the individual and organisational needs, we intend to assess individual training need of employee in Grade
C0 to H1
posted all over IFFCO. In this connection, an online
Training Need
format has been designed to capture the training requirement.

Employee Information System

Training Needs.
All the employees at your Unit may be requested to fill up their training needs by giving TWO programme
titles
they would like to attend along with the brief programme
contents
which they would like to learn during the programme. After filling up the form, it may be saved by clicking
SAVE
button. Once SAVED, it will become non-editable.
The information so gathered will be useful for drawing inhouse training calendar for 2016-2017. The HRD/Training Deptt. will try its best to successfully deliver the specific and customised training programmes during 2016-2017 based on the training needs of employees.
The last date for submission of online training needs is
27th February, 2016
