Provision has been made to lodge intercom telephone related complaints at MIS > Req > Telephone Complaint.

Steps to lodge complaint:

1) Go to MIS > Req > Telephone Complaint . The telephone complaint screen will open.

2) Give the telephone no and your complaint and click save.
