Dear All,

A new global inventory codification system has been launched and put at MIS > Req > Global Inventory Codification System (New) . This is a centralised system meaning all data pertaining to codification scheme will now reside at the central server , HO , Delhi. Any addition in the scheme by any Unit will be reflected in the system immediately. For Paradeep , scheme for all the general codes and Paradeep spare codes will be visible. For the time being Indentors are requested to check both the old and new scheme and then propose for the new code to avoid any kind of discrepancy in the old and new system. For generating new code through the new system we will follow the same practice. Cooperation of all is highly solicited.
