It is observed that many a times the workflow tour programme is getting rejected by system while being processed at time office. The reason of rejection is mostly due to mismatch of dates in header and line level. The header dates should be the tour starting date and tour end date inclusive of any leaves taken in between the tour. It means header start date and end date should match with the start date and end date in the line level respectively. Pls. contact Systems in case any clarification is required.
