DECLARATION Of SAVINGS FOR THE FY 2012-13

Declaration formats for savings in respect of LIC,PPF, NSC,ULIP for tax exemption u/s 80 (c ), Mediclaim deduction u/s 80 D and Medical Treatment under section 80 DD etc. are being available in Web Application in MIS ( Web Application > Employee Saving Declaration). All Employees are requested to fill up the same in Web Application and take the print. The hard copy duly signed by the concerned Employee be sent to Accounts Dept. alongwith photo copy of the saving proof if any.

We are also enclosing Form No.12 C and format for Computation of Income from House Propoerty under section 22,23 and 24 of Income Tax Act. All the concerned employee who are having house property, House Building Loan (HBL) may fill up the details as per format enclosed so that the same can be considered for Income Tax Computation before processing of salary for the month.

In case the required information is not furnished, tax will be deducted as per the provisions of Income Tax Act.
