      Workflow application for Tour Programme.
In pursuit of making paper less office another work flow application for Tour Programme has been developed in HRMS which may be implemented w.e.f. 1.2.2015.

The Tour programme application can be submitted through Employee Information System( EIS) and will be sanctioned on line only. Once the tour programme is approved, the applicant will get communication of sanction through SMS and following officials through e-mail :- Thus, the entire process not only becomes paper less but prompt also.
The process of settlement of T.A bill which is the second stage of Tour Programme is also under development by HO, MSD and the same will be implemented soon.
All are requested to use this System for Tour Programme and no manual application may be considered after 1.2.2015.
