Health Checkup of employees above 45 Years at Apollo Hospital, BBSR*

CIRCULAR


Health checkup of employees in the age group of 45yrs and above has been organised at Apollo Hospital, BBSR. The programme shall commence w,e,f, 11/06/12. Seven (7)employees per day shall be travelling to BBSR for health checkup except sundays and holidays. All employees are requested to avail this facility and shall get their checkup done as per the schdule.

A vehicle has been arranged for the same and will leave the IFFCO Township Hospital sharp at 5.30 A.M. You have to report at Apollo Hospital with your ID card and on empty stomach.

Breakfast and Lunch will be provided by the Hospital

For any queries or mutual change of schedule, you may contact the under signed. A schedule only upto 20th June 2012 is attached herewith. Further schedule will be notified later.
